As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak continues to develop, Ironcore is making every possible preparation to maintain the services and support we provide for your business, while keeping our employees safe and secure.  

 

  • Prior to this outbreak, Ironcore was already setup to accommodate 100% of our staff working remotely.
  • We have performed multiple successful pandemic tests over the past several years as part of our BCP testing framework.
  • We will continue to monitor the situation and follow the government's guidance to ensure our staff remains safe, while continuing to operate.

In the event that Ironcore has to invoke our Pandemic Plan, we have arranged for our employees to work remotely and continue supporting you with the Ironcore services on which you rely. We plan to remain fully operational throughout this challenging time.

To accommodate the increased need for remote access during the advised COVID-19 social distancing period, Ironcore will be removing any internet bandwidth caps you have on your Ironcore hosted infrastructure, regardless of your contracted internet bandwidth rate.  Removing these caps will help ensure that your remote users are able to have the highest quality remote access experience.
