Ironcore was founded in 2008 by former long-term Fiserv data center employees who recognized a need for affordable hosted technology services at the community bank level.
Ironcore’s goal is to provide leading edge hosted and managed services to financial institutions, healthcare organizations, government agencies and other regulated entities that are struggling with the ongoing conflict between the need for technology and the cost of installing and supporting that technology internally.
Ironcore believes that ANY organization can save money, improve compliance and be more technologically agile by allowing IT services to be hosted off-site, rather than being installed and supported internally at their own locations.
Ironcore’s SOC (SSAE16) certified and FDIC examined primary facility is located in Onalaska, WI. The facility includes a large industrial generator, UPS systems, redundant hardware, with appropriate power and cooling equipment. Data backed up to the the Ironcore data center is synchronously replicated to redundant systems to prevent a single point of failure.
We also utilize a contingency site located in Phoenix, AZ where backup hardware is located along with an additional copy of your encrypted data. A network monitoring system has been designed to email, text-message or voice mail alerts to our engineers 24/7/365 in the event of a system problem. Data communication access is protected with multiple firewalls and an Intrusion Detection System (IDS). We also maintain a tested and updated Business Continuity Plan. Complete due diligence information is available upon request.
