Meet the Speakers

Andy Minneker

Since 1997, Andy has been in technology and leadership roles at fortune 500 companies, small businesses, and across several critical industries, including health care and finance.  Before becoming a cofounder and president of Ironcore, Inc., Andy was a technical coordinator at Fiserv.  During his tenure at Fiserv, Andy was responsible for the design and implementation of the first Fiserv Precision data center, along with much of its security infrastructure.  Andy has a wide range of technical, security, and financial services knowledge and enjoys assisting customers with everything from strategic planning to infrastructure and security design.  Andy serves on a wide range of advisory boards, from the local technical college,  to industry leading network and security vendors.  Andy’s current passions are FinTech and Zero Trust.

George Just

George Just brings over 25 years experience as a sales and channel professional, both leading startup organizations to scale in the internet technology space, and operating successful sales organizations at worldwide technology enterprises. Prior to ThreatBlockr, George was the Head of Sales for late stage startup Talari Networks where he led sales and channel programs in the maturing SD-WAN and SASE market and to its eventual acquisition by Oracle. He held similar positions at several startups leading to acquisitions and positions at Alcatel Lucent, Sprint, and to two IPOs. He is a frequent speaker on networking and cyber topics where he promotes providing seamless integrated cybersecurity solutions without compromising on efficiency or efficacy.

Tad Evans

Tad Evans is a Cyber and Information Security Professional with a 15-year record of success defining and managing Cyber Security Programs, implementing risk and control frameworks, serving in corporate Information Security and Audit oversight roles, and implementing and monitoring cyber security controls in mid to large corporate environments in number of different industries including Legal, DOD, Healthcare and Financial Services.  Tad has managed compliance related projects and reviews related to FFIEC, ISO27K, GLBA, NIST ISO and NYDFS and held various corporate oversight and management roles.  Additionally, Tad has maintained professional industry certifications including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Security +, and Several MCSE’s.
